The “Job Fair for PhDs 2025,” a networking event for PhD students and postdoctoral researchers, will be held on Friday, October 10th.

Pre-registration for the “Company Booth Networking” session, which will take place in the afternoon, has now begun.

This is a valuable opportunity to visit company booths and engage in direct, small-group discussions to exchange ideas on research and career paths.
Pre-registered attendees will be provided with a neck-strap name tag, printed with their name and affiliation, for easy use during booth visits.
You can also use the QR code sent to you upon registration for a smooth entry at the venue on the day of the event.

Job Fair ➡ Company Booth Networking Overview
Date & Time ➡ Friday, October 10　12：40-16：30(entry and exit are permitted at any time)
Location ➡ Science Campus Hall, Aobayama East Campus
Eligibility ➡ Tohoku University doctoral students and postdoctoral researchers
Details ➡ Freely visit each company’s booth to exchange information.
A networking reception will be held after the company booth session, with optional participation. (Participation fee: 2,000 yen)
