The Career Support Office is pleased to announce a special information session for students interested in careers in the public sector, education, and independent administrative institutions. The event will take place on Friday, February 6, 2026.

This is a great opportunity to learn about the roles and work-styles of various public organizations. You will have the chance to hear directly from representatives about their specific duties.

For third-year undergraduate and first-year master’s students planning to take the exams, this is a valuable opportunity to ask questions directly. Please use this event to deepen your understanding of each organization’s unique work and to gather information for interview preparation.

Event Details

• Date & Time: Friday, February 6, 2026 | 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM

  • Morning Session (9:30 AM – 12:30 PM): Local Government, Education, Independent Administrative Institutions, etc.

  • Afternoon Session (1:30 PM – 4:30 PM): National Government

• Location: Kawauchi-Kita Campus, Education and Student Support Center, East Building, 4th Floor

• Schedule (for both morning and afternoon sessions):

  1. Term 1: Organization Briefing 1 (30 min)

  2. Term 2: Organization Briefing 2 (30 min)

  3. Term 3: Organization Briefing 3 (30 min)

  4. Term 4: Organization Briefing 4 (30 min)

  5. Term 5: Q&A Session (40 min)

  Note: During Terms 1 to 4, please move to the booth of the organization you wish to hear from. The 30-minute briefings do not include Q&A. The final Q&A session is “drop-in/drop-out,” allowing you to visit multiple organizations, including those whose briefings you did not attend.
