From January 2023, you can use the “Tokyo VIP Lounge” for free of charge for your job hunting and internship in capital city area around Tokyo.
“Second Campus Shinjuku School Lounge” is not available, so please use the Tokyo VIP Lounge.

Days and hours of use

All days 6:00-23:00(except year-end and new year holidays)
Check the Tokyo VIP Lounge website for the latest information of operation and business holidays.

Others

◇select “up to 3 hours” or “luggage storage(up to 1 luggage) + up to 2 hours” plan at the reception desk.
If you exceed the free usage time, you may continue to use the lounge for a fee (at your own expense).
◇Show the student ID at reception.
◇Submit an email or other documents that shows the details of your job-search or internship.
◇You can use it without making a reservation
*This space is shared with students from other universities and general users.
* Please follow the instructions of the management company (Heisei Enterprise Co., Ltd)

◇Lounge (wi-fi, printing a email, free-drink, PC, luggage storage)
◇Powder room for men and women(table for makeup, washbasin, room for changing clothes)
◇Iron and dryer for hairs, hairdressing products, cosmetics, and steamer for clothes are available for loan.
*Lounge storage is available when the “luggage storage + up to 2 hours use” plan is selected.
*Shower room and private powder room are available for a fee.
